Are the jobs today serve the purpose?

For the past six to seven years,we can see an illusion of existence of more and more job opportunities across the country.Most of the jobs will be data entry, BPO, call centre and related stuff.It gives plenty of money too.But is that enough if we go with pocket full of grands losing our personal growth both physically and mentally???
Are these jobs really gonna help our ppl and country to develop?I dont think so. These instant job offers are putting an end to creativity, thoughts and mutual development of an individual. I have a friend who is working in a call center. He meets his family members only once in a week. Since the BPOs are with night shifts, he couldn’t be able to meet his own dad and mom. Only the servant and himself will meet daily since he opens doors at midnight. He is not at all able to attend family functions and the time he spends with his family has become so less.

The Nature of work in BPOs is one more blunder. They are in need of powerful tape recorder and repeater rather than a thinker. If any one invents an AI machine which can identify the questions asked and able to reply to that, then most of the BPO crowd will become jobless…

Its the time for the Government to take proper measures in this regard. Otherwise it will be a day dream to india to get thinkers, kalaams, writers and so on…
